good byes are never fun, especially when they're forever. we had to say good bye to my kitty of 18 years yesterday. they said she was an old cat, they said her kidney's didn't work anymore, they said she had lived a good life. i want to believe what they say, and i do, but that doesn't make it any easier. my heart still hurts.

good bye
good byes are never fun, especially when they're forever. we had to say good bye to my kitty of 18 years yesterday. they said she was an old cat, they said her kidney's didn't work anymore, they said she had lived a good life. i want to believe what they say, and i do, but that doesn't make it any easier. my heart still hurts.

I am so sorry for your loss! Just reading this brought tears to my eyes. Know she did have a great life. I'm sure she is quite happy in kitty heaven.

ReplyDeleteI remember when she'd come sit on my lap late at night the summer I was living with you. Everyone else would be in bed and I'd be talking to Lukas and she'd come sit with me.
